Job Description

Job Title: Litigation Associate - Business Litigation Expert

Job Summary:

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in business litigation to join our San Diego office. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial litigation cases, including defense-side business litigation, probate litigation, real estate litigation, and class actions in California state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and trial of complex commercial litigation cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case execution
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and procedure to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business litigation
  • Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Excellent research, analytical, and brief writing skills
  • Experience handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes
  • CA bar admission required
