Warehouse Associate Job Description

Ryder is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minster, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
  • Accurately pick and pack products, and stage them for loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
  • Provide technical support for automated packing systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
