As a Fine Jewelry Associate at Alans Jewelry & Pawn Inc, you will be responsible for driving store sales and metrics by providing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include outfitting clients with special jewelry pieces that symbolize intimate moments, developing customer relationships spanning generations of family through excellent customer service, and working closely with the team to achieve this goal.

We are looking for someone who can provide in-depth product knowledge, maintain Fine Jewelry merchandising and visual standards, and handle each customer transaction professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also meet/exceed personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals, as well as ESP or extended service plan attachment rate goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Fine Jewelry experience preferred; retail or sales experience required

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma and be able to use keyboard, telephone, computer, and other business-related equipment. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand during the duration of shift, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends due to the needs of the Fine Jewelry Department.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
