Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Lafayette. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the complimentary breakfast area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, responding to requests and resolving issues.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or food service industry preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
