Job Summary:

Merchants Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and proactively offering a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, and open new deposit account relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively offer a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and account information.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

This position will work at the Hastings branch, however will provide occasional back-up at the Cottage Grove branch. Hours will vary between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday – Friday with a Saturday morning rotation from 8:45am-12:15pm.
