Job Title: Application Architect About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to join our team at Bank of America. As an Application Architect, you will be responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution aligned to the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices. Key Responsibilities: * Describe the solution intent/associated operating environment * Evaluate system impacts * Determine primary systems/sub-systems and their interfaces * Assist with end-to-end solution design Requirements: * 10+ years hands-on experience in end-to-end web application development using Angular, Node, and Spring Framework * 5+ years hands-on experience in backend web development in Java * 5+ years intermediate-level Java/J2EE experience * Strong knowledge in database structure * Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end web technologies * Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, Oracle, and MongoDB Database experience * Understanding of development process: development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities * Experience running and documenting effective meetings * Attention to detail, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audiences Desired Qualifications: * JWT, MongoDB, Redis, and other back-end web technologies * Previous experience on NLP development is a big plus Skills: * Analytical Thinking * Architecture * Result Orientation * Solution Design * Technical Strategy Development * Application Development * Collaboration * Data Management Work Environment: This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
