Peripheral Vascular Interventional Cardiologist

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Cardiology is seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our comprehensive team at AdventHealth Orlando. This physician will focus on Peripheral Vascular Interventions and contribute to the growth of our practice location. Responsibilities will include general cardiology and interventional cardiology, as well as call coverage in rotation with practice partners and other community cardiology physicians.
Requirements for the position include Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty board certification in Cardiovascular Disease, as well as formal fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
This opportunity includes competitive compensation, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days and allowance, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance. Hospital DescriptionAdventHealth Orlando is a 1,364 bed tertiary facility with close to 160 ICU beds. It is at the center of eight other hospitals around the greater Orlando area, which total approximately 3,000 beds. Our mission has remained the same and is to Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ.
As the primary campus for more than 1,000 physicians, AdventHealth Orlando is home to nationally recognized Centers of Excellence for Cancer, Cardiology, Children, Diabetes, Neuroscience, Orthopaedics, and Abdominal and Cardiothoracic Transplant. Our hospital continues to meet the growing needs of our community with the addition of the Ginsburg Tower, a $255 million 15-story facility that is home to the AdventHealth Cardiovascular Institute and a football-field-sized emergency department.
