Job Responsibilities
  • Post-Acute Care: Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN
  • Patient Care: Track the wellbeing of patients, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
  • Intake and Documentation: Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Medication Administration: Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Chart Review: Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Supply Management: Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • IV Setup and Immunizations: Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Staff Orientation: Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills
  • Licensure: Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Education: Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • Experience: 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
