Job Title: Sanitation Service Driver

At Andy Gump, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sanitation Service Driver to join our team. As a Sanitation Service Driver, you will be responsible for driving a service truck to various job sites, cleaning and maintaining portable restrooms to our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company vehicle to job sites to service portable restrooms and maintain them to Andy Gump, Inc. quality standards.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner, working independently and managing time efficiently.
  • Replenish paper products, such as toilet tissue, seat pads, and paper towels, as needed.
  • Operate company vehicle safely, following all applicable driving rules and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
  • Project a professional and friendly image to customers, documenting and reporting any issues or problems encountered.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections, completing reports and notifying supervisors of any issues.
  • Use the NAV mobile app to access and report information, as well as to schedule and manage routes.
Requirements:
  • Accountability: Service a minimum of 6 units per hour, with the number of units varying depending on the assigned route.
  • Qualifications: Prior experience is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training is provided, and Andy Gump, Inc. quality standards will be taught.
  • Education and/or Training: On-the-job training is provided.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of smart phones is preferred.
  • Skills/Abilities: Ability to understand, read, and write English, with good communication skills required.
  • Special Requirements: Clean DMV history, Class B driver license with tank and air brake endorsements, and current DMV medical card.
