Job Opportunity

BASIS Ed is seeking a highly qualified Kindergarten Teacher to deliver a world-class education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate student progress and develop targeted plans to support academic and social growth
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure student success
  • Collaborate with Subject Experts to identify and address student needs
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Provide substitute coverage and supervise students during transitions
  • Represent BASIS Ed at school-wide events and contribute to a positive school culture

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Texas Public Schools
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance through TEA
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Education or related field, 3+ years of elementary education experience

Benefits and Compensation:

BASIS Ed offers a competitive starting salary of $41,000, negotiable based on education and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
