Job Requirements

Champion Foods is seeking a skilled Production Tech II to join our team. As a Production Tech II, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and operating complex machinery, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate complex manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
    Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of production processes and equipment performance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience working in a production environment, preferably in a food processing industry.

• Strong knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and repair.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures.
