Job Summary
We seek a skilled and experienced Rehab Director to lead our team and oversee the delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across multiple locations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and lead professional development and training programs for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage resources efficiently to optimize patient care and staff satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong track record of experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care settings. A degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program is required. Current licensure/certification in the state of practice is also necessary.
