Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Strategist.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who can leverage their expertise in sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all categories.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all categories
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to develop and implement store business strategies
- Foster a culture of high-performing sales teams through effective coaching and mentoring
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
