Job Opportunity: School-Based Registered Behavior Technician

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and making a positive impact on their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other educational professionals to monitor and report on student progress.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of individualized behavior plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Current RBT Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • CPI Certification
  • Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges
