Job Summary:

Estes Park Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients of all ages.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting positive patient outcomes and a healthy work-life balance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements:

Current Colorado RN licensure and active certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and completion of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies.
