StretchLab Walnut Creek is on the lookout for enthusiastic kinesiology specialists eager to assist individuals in enhancing their mobility through a personalized flexibility program centered around one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Our team comprises certified professionals from various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, Pilates, and more, ensuring that we deliver top-notch stretching experiences.

Our proprietary Flexologist TM training guarantees that clients receive exceptional stretching sessions tailored to their needs.

Flexologists will conduct personalized assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes for our clientele.

• Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and group classes for up to six participants.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching experiences.
• Build and maintain StretchLab memberships while retaining existing clientele through effective sales strategies.
• Manage client relations by:
  • Providing an outstanding stretching experience.
  • Scheduling weekly recurring appointments for clients.
  • Keeping client notes updated consistently.
  • Maximizing client engagement by scheduling follow-up appointments and renewing memberships.
• Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretching techniques and enforcing company policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory educational sessions.
• Address member concerns as necessary.
• Support sales associates and management with studio tours and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a strong online presence to enhance client membership and retention.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for client use at all times.

• A passion for boutique fitness and a strong interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Preferred backgrounds include:
  • Massage Therapy
  • Personal Training
  • Physical Therapy
  • Athletic Training
  • Yoga or Pilates Instruction
  • Kinesiology
• Experience in a fitness or health environment providing hands-on training to clients.
• Fitness certification is required.
• Ability to foster a welcoming environment for all individuals.

• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies are essential.
• Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online coursework, a knowledge assessment, and two days of in-person hands-on training.
