Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Convergence Medical Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with experience in working with patients with various respiratory conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in respiratory therapy or a related field
  • Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
