  • Execute the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop a robust understanding of our menu, including Hideaway Signature items and all food and beverages offered.
  • Apply responsible alcohol service procedures and produce high-quality beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Protect the financial interests of guests, team members, and Hideaway Pizza.
  • Create a fun and engaging atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must have prior bartending experience.
  • Hold required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol, state and county specific.
  • Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
  • Meet physical requirements as dictated by the job, including standing (8 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping.
