**Job Summary**

Addus HomeCare is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide care for clients in Nassau County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with personal care needs of clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
* Offer companionship and support to clients
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* Must be 18 years of age
* Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide with evidence of completion of a NYS Department of Health approved program
* Able to lift up to 15 pounds, with or without assistance; able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities

**Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.82, including $18.55 hourly pay rate
* Hourly rates may vary based on client-specific rates (up to $20/hr)
