Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality home care services to pediatric patients in the Lafayette area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor, adhering to state LPN/LVN Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and agency policies.

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous home care experience, preferably with pediatric patients.
