We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Med Surg RN to join our team at Parkridge East Hospital. As a Med Surg RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Med Surg RN, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating care for patients, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your daily responsibilities will include assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, and communication of patient needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year med/surg RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification
  • Pursue and complete Med-Surg certification within 1 year from date of hire

Parkridge East Hospital is a 120+ bed facility in East Ridge, providing a full range of medical and surgical services, including orthopedics and robotic surgery. We have a 24/7 Emergency Department, recognized by the Society of Chest Pain Centers as an Accredited Chest Pain Center. Our facility also offers obstetrical care and complex gynecological procedures, as well as a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
