Role Purpose:

The Service Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring both personal and organizational success by delivering exceptional customer service to our plumbing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel daily to various customer sites throughout the region.
  • Conduct commercial plumbing services, drain cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose technical issues and work autonomously while prioritizing tasks to achieve daily objectives.
  • Engage with customers and office personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Work Monday through Friday, participating in an on-call rotation as determined during the interview process.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a plumbing technician; backflow certification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a strong team environment.
