Osf Healthcare is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures under the direction of a radiologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and dosing, with minimal supervision.
- Comply with ALARA principles and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Completion of a formal Nuclear Medicine program with associated certificate or degree.
- IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine.
- ARRT(NM) or NMTCB registry required.
- Maintains Basic Life support certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
