Key Responsibilities- Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
- Respond to resident emergency call system as indicated.
- Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
- Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
- Assure continuity of services and care.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
- RN or LPN current licensed by the State OR Compact State.
- At least 6 months nursing experience. Geriatric involvement preferable.
Starting Rate: $38.00/hr. with a $2.00 Shift Differential or $3.00 Shift Differential.
