Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the Operations Finance team, providing essential financial guidance and oversight to operational functions.
  • Assist operational leaders in crafting annual strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure strategies.
  • Oversee North America Finance Operations Close activities with a focus on cost management.
  • Manage reporting for Global OCOS Management, including Gross Profit Margin Analysis.
  • Collaborate with global operations and financial partners to meet cost management needs, analyze actual results, and interpret external trends.
  • Develop and manage financial models and analyses to support operational leadership and regional financial requirements.
  • Work with site and regional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal finance policies, ensuring timely financial performance reporting.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with global functional business planning and analysis managers.
  • Consolidate forecast planning and actual reporting for both Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Support critical finance separation activities, including the establishment of new processes and systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, particularly in operations finance or manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Proficient in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing and evaluating personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively across a global finance organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
