The LPN EHR Coordinator will oversee our Point Click Care system, ensuring that all electronic health records are accurately maintained. In today's digital age, it is crucial that both active and inactive records reflect the resident's condition from the time of admission to discharge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 401(k) Employer Match with Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Daily Pay options

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Nursing degree from an accredited institution and be a graduate of an approved LPN program. Familiarity with medical records guidelines and protocols is essential.

Experience in managing patient files, understanding medical terminology, and knowledge of billing and coding is highly valued, particularly in a long-term care setting.

As a family-owned organization, we have expanded to become one of the largest providers of post-acute care in the nation, offering skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH).

Since our inception in 1984, we have been committed to delivering exceptional management services for the development and oversight of adult living communities, fostering Caring Communities where staff, residents, clients, and families support one another.
