Parts Inventory Specialist

About the Job:
This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all parts are properly inventoried, sourced, and delivered on time. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing our parts inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and storing parts.
- Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating prices for parts and materials.
- Collaborating with our production team to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Generating reports to monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and counting skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and warehouse management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Salary: $22-$28 per hour, based on experience.
