- Invest in the growth and success of team members through comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring, while supporting the store manager in necessary disciplinary actions.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, store managers, and district managers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to engaging with people daily.
- Familiarity with the grocery industry; 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail across all store departments.
- Capability to manage the store's financial resources effectively.
- Understanding of state and federal labor regulations.
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative team environment throughout the store.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
- A valid driver's license with only minor infractions is necessary.
