Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive physical therapy services. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions within a collaborative interdisciplinary framework, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications Required
• Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Design and execute individualized treatment strategies, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise methodologies, posture, body mechanics, and effective management of their conditions.
• Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes, in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee holistic patient care.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
