Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor of Physical Therapy to join our team at Collin College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in physical therapy, developing curriculum, and assessing student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in physical therapy, including classroom and clinical instruction
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the college's mission and goals
  • Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair or dean
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in physical therapy or a related field
  • Current State of Texas issued Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in physical therapy
  • Teaching experience preferred
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work on campus and may be required to travel to off-campus locations. The position is security-sensitive and requires a criminal background check.
