Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Best Western Lumberton. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds, to ensure a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all rooms to ensure they meet our hotel's high standards.
  • Report any damages or issues to the rooms to the management team in a timely manner.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism and patience, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables, and restock as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and our guests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods, with a strong physical stamina.
