As a vital member of the Quick Changeover Pit Crew team, the primary responsibilities include managing parts post-sorting before they are prepared for storage and shipment.

Compensation: $14.50-$16.10/hr

Available Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday to Saturday with potential overtime on Saturdays.
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday night to Thursday night with possible overtime on Friday nights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Efficiently handle and transfer parts into machinery.
  • Ensure proper functioning of machines and components.
  • Weigh, stack, and transport completed boxes onto pallets.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Utilize hand trucks or forklifts for moving parts when necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Must successfully complete a non-THC drug screening and background check.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various assignments.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn to operate quality assurance measuring tools.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Experience with hand trucks or forklifts is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills are required.
