We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a vital role in training and developing our crew members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop crew members to perform daily procedures correctly and consistently
- Adhere to all Food Safety Standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Train crew members on station procedures and ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and services
- Perform daily cleanliness tasks and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant
- Assist with daily operations and provide support to the shift leaders as needed
- Competitive starting pay (up to $15 depending on experience)
