Plasma Donor Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Donor Screener. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure eligibility for plasma donation
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and ensure a positive donor experience
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using company-approved procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift materials up to 32 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 1 or more years of experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred
