We offer a competitive base salary, with additional incentives for meeting performance targets. This includes a generous relocation package, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus to support your transition to this new role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care as an Orthopedic Surgeon, focusing on total joints and general orthopedic procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth of our healthcare system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare partners
Requirements:
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in total joints and general orthopedic procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $400,000 per year
- Relocation support: up to $50,000
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
- Sign-on bonus: $100,000
