Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team at Staff Management | SMX. As a Mold Maker, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing complex injection molds to support our production departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble and inspect mold tooling for cleaning and repair.
  • Design and build new tooling and molds.
  • Perform final fitting operations on purchased or repaired components for proper assembly.
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, and general instructions to disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble various molds, tools, and mechanical equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check and drug test required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
