Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate II at Mediacom Communications, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, testing and recording the status of customer premise equipment, and transporting inventory materials and equipment to other warehouse or office locations as instructed. Additionally, you will perform regular inventory audit counts, investigate discrepancies, and distribute supplies and equipment as needed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audit counts
Test and record the status of customer premise equipment
Transport inventory materials and equipment to other warehouse or office locations as instructed
Distribute supplies and equipment as needed
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective action

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
6-9 years of experience working in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and implications in the implementation of job duties/responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel
Ability to develop and implement record-keeping processes/procedures
Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Oracle, and CSG Billing
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
