Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents, while preserving their dignity and quality of life. This includes performing professional and restorative nursing services, such as resident assessments, vital sign recording, medication administration, and timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on resident care, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Keep accurate and timely records of resident care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
