Responsibilities:


As a Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and support the care team, ensuring that patient and resident needs are addressed while assessing team performance.

You will also work closely with care team members to provide empathetic and professional care.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State Board of Nursing, with preferred experience in the long-term care sector.
  • Ability to plan, assess, and coordinate services effectively.
  • Experience in task triaging, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to ensure an optimal experience for residents and patients.
