Job Details

Clinical Magnet is seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team in Bloomington, IL. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and provide personalized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on proper oral health and hygiene practices
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, to inform treatment decisions
  • Administer anesthetics and medications to ensure patient comfort during procedures
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient flow and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our dental software
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Proficiency in medical records management and documentation
  • Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and interpretation
  • Familiarity with medical coding for accurate billing procedures
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinic operations
  • Ability to maintain aseptic technique during procedures
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics is a plus
  • Solid anatomy knowledge for effective treatment planning

  • 32% production and daily pay, whichever is higher
