Key Responsibilities

The Preschool Teacher for 3-4 year olds will be responsible for executing the educational curriculum, delivering age-appropriate instruction, and overseeing the daily operations of the classroom. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining children's hygiene and monitoring their health, behavior, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborating with parents to ensure children are learning and socializing effectively.
  • Assisting with meal service and providing necessary feeding support.
  • Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment by understanding children's developmental needs.
  • Engaging, encouraging, and nurturing toddlers through active participation.

Qualifications

We are looking for energetic, patient, creative, and compassionate team players who are eager to contribute to a diverse and cohesive learning community. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a licensed childcare setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of Health Screening.
  • Pass a Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in childcare.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • In-depth understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Completion of ECD 101.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
  • Background in Early Childhood Development.
