Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Procon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead various construction projects across Southern Missouri. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a strong background in historic preservation, mechanical systems, interior renovations, and upgrades or new fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and occupancy.
  • Support in planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.
  • Interface with clients to define project requirements.
  • Review and align project work plan and deadlines with requirements.
  • Monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree in a construction, architecture, or engineering related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management on projects for historic preservation and paving and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Excellent communication skills with field and office personnel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Industry Project software packages.
  • Fluent in project management principles and ability to analyze project-related information.
