Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant in Dolton, IL. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students in a K-12 setting, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized therapy plans to address their speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop creative, personalized therapy plans targeting areas like articulation, fluency, and social communication.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress to meet communication goals.
- Licensing: Illinois State SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certification: ASHA certification preferred (not required)
- Experience: School-based experience is a plus, but passion for helping students is key
