Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance, litigation, and contracts, focusing on GLBA, CCPA, EFTA, RFPA, UCC, and FCRA.
  • Serve as a liaison between Navy Federal business units, facilitating effective operational decision-making through integration of legal analysis.
  • Advise on legal issues across the full spectrum of Navy Federal's business, including enterprise data governance, information security, collections, credit cards, secured and unsecured consumer lending, student lending, procurement, and vendor management.
