Key Responsibilities
- As a seasoned Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of workers compensation cases for our Utah client base.
- You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline, and time management skills with good billing habits, and be a collaborator.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills, exhibit strong analytical skills, and prepare for depositions and hearings.
- You will also need to exhibit the ability to multi-task in the fast-paced environment of workers compensation defense.
- Multi-state licensing is a plus, and we have a mentoring program for our new team members.
