Overview:

As a Resort Housekeeper at Sun Outdoors, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort facilities. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resort facilities, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Stock kitchen areas with paper products and ensure all tables and chairs are clean and functioning properly
  • Clean and sanitize appliances, including refrigerators and dishwashers
  • Defrost freezers as needed and maintain washers and dryers
  • Ensure all floors are swept, mopped, waxed, and buffed as needed
  • Ensure all windows and screens are clean and functioning properly
  • Empty trash containers as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures when using cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and internet
