We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a key member of our outpatient physical therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare team members to ensure effective treatment plans and discharge planning.
- Participate in departmental committees and task forces to contribute to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new staff therapists, students, and rehabilitation aides.
- License to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR/BLS certification with the American Heart Association of Healthcare Providers.
- At least one year of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
