We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team at Western Reserve Masonic Community Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Dining Service Department, ensuring that our residents, family members, guests, and associates receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the dining services team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training and mentoring programs for waitstaff on service etiquette.
  • Provide input into menu development and ensure that all menu items are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards.
  • Assist with determining staffing levels and ensure that the department is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our residents and guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Graduation from a Culinary Program (High School or Post-Secondary) is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification and CDM is preferred, but training will be provided if needed.
