Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Store Leadership Expert who can:

  • Achieve payroll plan through creating and overseeing store schedules, monitoring labor costs, and adapting to business conditions based on weekly and monthly sales.
  • Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving and sending merchandise processes, completing all required paperwork, and following all price change and ticketing procedures.
  • Prevent loss by educating associates, monitoring daily store activity, ensuring company policies are followed, and partnering with loss prevention.

To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in retail operations management, with a strong background in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates, and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
