Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring deals to meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicating effectively with customers to explain F&I products and related coverages
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Ford and finance sources
  • Collaborating with Sales personnel from an F&I perspective
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
  • State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers, and Salespersons Licensure
  • 2+ years of prior automotive sales and/or finance experience
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
